Teaching Professions Students Qualify for National Contest!
Congratulations to students from Penta's satellite Teaching Professions program who recently participated in the 2024 Educators Rising Ohio Competition at Capital University in Columbus and earned gold medals! Emily Vicroy (Perrysburg), Autumn Wittenmyer (Perrysburg), and Makayla Tucker (Anthony Wayne) received gold medals and will advance to the National Educators Rising Competition in Washington DC in June. Educators Rising is a career-technical student organization for high school students interested in pursing the field of education. The Teaching Professions program is available to junior and senior high school student who attend any of Penta's 16-member school districts.
